Timeline

Three phases. Warmup is free, billing starts at launch.

We deliberately don't bill you during the first 3 weeks of infrastructure setup and mailbox warmup. The clock only starts when campaigns are live.

Phase 1
Weeks 1–3

Setup & warmup

Buy domains, provision mailboxes, configure authentication, build ICP, draft copy, build Clay workflows. Daily automated warmup traffic runs the whole time.

Free, no retainer billed
Phase 2
Weeks 4–6

Launch & iterate

First sends go out to live prospects. We review reply data every 2 weeks, rotate subject lines and openers, tune segmentation. Slack lead notifications go live.

Retainer begins
Phase 3
Weeks 7–12

Optimize & scale

Double down on winning segments. Add signal-based campaigns (funding, job-posting triggers). Document everything so you can run it yourself at pilot's end.

Playbook handover
Investment

One retainer. Everything included.

Tools, sending volume, copy, reporting: all bundled in the monthly service. You separately own the domains and mailboxes, so they stay with you after the pilot. Budget for the pilot like ad spend, not an agency retainer. You are buying inbox placement at your ICP with a full playbook at the end. See the ROI calculator.

Post Pilot

Two options. Both yours.

At day 90 you pick what's next. Nothing is locked in. The infrastructure and documentation we built are yours to keep either way.

Option A

Take it in-house

We transfer the system to your team and step away. Everything we built is documented, transferred, trained on.

  • $1,000 one-time handoff fee
  • Ongoing cost: tools + mailboxes ($1,100/mo)
  • Full playbooks, SOPs, Clay workflows transferred
  • 2-hour training session with your internal operator
Option B

Continue with LongRun

We keep running, optimizing, and scaling the system month-to-month. No re-contracting, no surprises.

  • From $2,500/mo, prorated to volume and complexity
  • Final rate set once we see real unit economics from the pilot
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime
  • Scale volume, add LinkedIn, layer signal campaigns as needed
Fit

Built for B2B teams who want a system, not a service they rent.

Best Fit

  • B2B SaaS, AI, agencies and consultancies with mid-5-figure+ LTV
  • Founders with half-built outbound stacks they want completed, not rebuilt
  • Teams that proved outbound works in small bursts but can't scale it
  • Lead-gen agencies building a specialized capability to resell
  • Operators who want a repeatable pipeline engine they own at day 90

Not a Fit

  • Small TAM, under 10k reachable contacts
  • Low LTV, under $1K per customer
  • No sales follow-up system or rep to reply to leads
  • Pre-launch or still validating the core offer
  • Looking for fully hands-off, 24/7 autopilot lead gen
FAQ

Questions we get every call.

Does the clock start when I pay, or when campaigns actually launch?
At launch. The first 3 weeks (domains, mailboxes, deliverability warmup, ICP work, copy) are unbilled build time. Retainer billing begins in week 4 when live sends start. Skipping warmup is the single fastest way to land permanently in spam, so the build phase is non-negotiable. If your launch timing is fixed (say, the first week of May), we'll align the start date so warmup ends on your launch week.
How long until I see the first booked meeting?
Campaigns launch in week 4. First replies land in week 4. First booked meetings land by end of month 1. Steady-state meeting flow arrives by week 8.
I've tried cold email before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Three reasons. First, deliverability: most broken campaigns are actually spam-folder campaigns. We run inbox placement tests every 250 emails across Gmail, Workspace, and Outlook, and if placement drops below 90% we pause the affected domains, diagnose, rotate, and resume. Second, ICP depth: most failed campaigns spray a list that was not actually qualified. We build the ICP document line by line with you before a single email goes out. Third, iteration: the 3-month window exists specifically so we can rework list, copy, offer, and signal until something works. By month three you have benchmarks, not guesses.
How many emails do you send, and won't I burn through my list?
Steady-state sending is up to 800 emails per day per pilot, or up to 24,000 per month, split across your 52 mailboxes. The contact pool is much deeper than the raw company count: each company has 3 to 4 decision-makers and each receives a 3-step sequence. Apollo is the first list source. Sales Navigator and Clay-built lists feed in continuously. By month two we re-engage prior non-responders with a fresh angle on a 6-week cadence, so the same company can be touched twice without spamming the same person.
Do you do LinkedIn outreach too, and what does that cost?
Yes, LinkedIn is an optional add-on layered on top of the email pilot. We use your team's real LinkedIn accounts (we do not run fake or burner profiles, those get flagged at near-100% rates). Each real account safely sends 150 connection requests and 150 messages per week. Add-on pricing depends on how many accounts you want to operate. Mention LinkedIn on your strategy call and we'll scope it in.
What tools do you use, and do I pay for any of them?
Clay (lead intelligence), Email Bison (private sender), HeyReach (LinkedIn), Apollo and Sales Navigator (sourcing), Perplexity and Claude (personalization), GlockApps (inbox placement), n8n and Zapier (CRM bridging), Looker Studio (reporting). All tool costs are bundled into the $2,500/mo service retainer. Nothing extra billed. The only things you pay for separately are your own domains and mailboxes, which stay yours.
Do you offer pay-per-lead or performance-only pricing?
No. Pay-per-lead and pure performance deals incentivize spam, junk meetings, and volume games. You pay a fixed retainer, you own every asset we build, and the playbook itself is the asset at the end of the pilot.
What exactly do I walk away owning at day 90?
Ten domains registered in your name. Fifty-two mailboxes across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Azure. All Clay tables, Email Bison campaign data, reply data, and contact lists exported to your side. Full SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, and the documented playbook. Whether you choose Option A (take it in-house) or Option B (continue with LongRun), every asset stays with you.
Can I pause or cancel during the pilot?
Yes. Tell us in writing and we will pause sending the same day, hold all infrastructure (domains stay registered, mailboxes stay warm), and stop the next billing cycle until you give the green light to resume. Cancellation works the same way: stop at any point, keep every asset built to that date, no further billing. The only thing we ask either way is a heads-up so we are not deploying the next campaign batch the same morning you decide to pause.

Ready to own your pipeline?

Start the pilot directly. We'll map it to your specific ICP during the first week of the build.
