GTM systems that go the distance.
LongRun is a B2B GTM engineering agency. We build complete outbound systems, domains, mailboxes, Clay data infrastructure, AI-personalized sequences and CRM sync, then hand them over documented. Our clients own their pipeline. They never pay per meeting.
The lead-gen agency model is built to keep you renting.
Pay-per-meeting keeps you dependent
Most agencies sell appointments. The infrastructure, the data, the learnings, all of it stays on their side, because your dependence is their retention strategy. Stop paying and the pipeline stops.
Fixed scope, full handover
We charge a fixed retainer to build a system in your name and teach your team to run it. At day 90 you choose: take it in-house or keep us on month-to-month. Either way, every asset is yours.
Principles we don't bend.
We named the company LongRun because we run it like marathon training: endurance, not sprints. Everything below is downstream of that.
Clients own the system
Every engagement is a 3-month pilot. By day 90 the client has a documented outbound machine: domains, mailboxes, copy, playbooks, automations and data. They keep all of it.
Deliverability before volume
95%+ inbox placement is the baseline. Private IP, dedicated domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, plain text only, placement tested every 250 sends, and only Ready or Healthy mailboxes in the sender pool.
Three approval gates before launch
The strategy plan is signed off by the Head of Delivery, then the copy is approved internally, then the copy is approved by the client. We skip none.
One concrete number per email
Stacking two or more numbers correlates with a 10-point drop in positive replies. One signal, one number, one story.
Naturalness is non-negotiable
Every spintax permutation must read like one human wrote it for one prospect. Three rendered permutations are sampled per step. Robotic combinations get fixed, not shipped.
Custom data sourcing is the moat
When standard databases break for a niche, we build the source: Google Maps for optometry, Cloudflare DNS for cyber, Procore for construction. The niche source is our edge.
A small, senior team of operators.
The people on the strategy call are the people in your account. No layers, no handoffs to juniors.
Founded LongRun and runs delivery on every engagement. The Clay tables, deliverability setup and CRM bridges are built by the person you meet on the strategy call.
LinkedInOwns the data layer. Mike defines each ICP, builds and enriches the target lists, and when a niche has no off-the-shelf database he sources it from scratch, from school directories to Google Maps to public registries, then validates every contact so campaigns launch on clean data.
Runs the live campaigns. Nik builds the sequences in Email Bison, loads and segments the lead lists, writes the per-account personalization, schedules the daily sends, and tracks deliverability, velocity and reply rates, tuning copy and cadence to keep every campaign on pace.
Builds the automation behind the systems. Nat wires the n8n workflows, Clay enrichment pipelines, CRM sync into HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, and the Slack lead alerts, plus the internal tooling and reporting that keep delivery fast and hands-off.
Incorporated in Delaware, working with B2B teams worldwide. Engagements run remote-first with a weekly reporting cadence and a monthly strategy call.
