The GTM agency for markets where databases break

Apollo and ZoomInfo cover the obvious markets. Our clients sell to school athletic directors, wine importers, municipal traffic departments and final-year medical residents: buyers no database captures. We build the data source, the sending infrastructure and the system around it. You own all of it.

The thesis

We sell systems you own, not appointments we deliver.

Most lead-gen agencies rent you outcomes: pay per meeting, pay per lead, pay per appointment. Every one of those models optimizes for volume over fit, and every one keeps the infrastructure, the data and the learnings on the agency's side, because your dependence is their retention strategy.

We refuse all of them. No pay per lead, no pay per meeting, no pure performance deals. The work we sell is infrastructure that compounds: better domains, better data, better messaging every quarter. Compensation models that chase short-term counts erode the asset we are building for you. That is why our average engagement runs 12 to 18 months, on terms where the client could leave any quarter and keep everything.

What we engineer

Six layers, one system.

Each layer is built in your accounts, documented, and transferred at handover.

Data layerClay tables with waterfall enrichment across Apollo, Sales Navigator and custom scrapers. Verified contacts only, scored against your ICP.
Signal layerFunding rounds, hiring spikes, leadership changes and tech-stack shifts monitored continuously, each feeding a trigger-specific sequence.
Personalization layerPerplexity and Claude research each account and draft company-specific openers at scale, in your voice.
Sending layerDedicated domains, 52 warmed mailboxes across three ESP families, placement testing every 250 emails, plus LinkedIn outreach from your team's real profiles (150 connections and 150 messages per week per account) sequenced together with email.
CRM layern8n bridges into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio or Monday: auto-deal creation, full activity sync, Slack reply routing.
Reporting layerOne Looker Studio dashboard across sending, replies, meetings and pipeline. Reviewed with you monthly.
Custom data sourcing

When the database doesn't exist, we build it.

Every market below had no usable commercial database. Each got a custom-built source, the kind of work that defines our engagements.

Engagement models

Three ways in, one ownership rule.

Whatever the tier, you keep every asset at the end. That rule never changes.

Tier 1 · Default

Outbound Engine

The 3-month pilot: build the full outbound system from scratch and run it to steady meeting flow. Infrastructure, data, copy, sending, CRM sync and reporting, all bundled in one retainer.

  • 3-month pilot with a free 2.5 to 3 week warmup before billing
  • Full stack included: Clay, sequencer, AI credits, sourcing, validation
  • Target outcome: 8 to 12+ qualified meetings per month
  • See the full pilot breakdown
Tier 2 · Project

RevOps Build

For companies with a broken or underused CRM: a 30 to 60 day project that rebuilds the revenue operations layer and wires outbound into it.

  • CRM audit and rebuild: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Attio
  • Automation layer: n8n workflows, call-transcript capture, AI categorization
  • Dashboards, team onboarding and SOPs included
  • See the CRM integration page
Tier 3 · Operator

Infrastructure Operator

You already bought the tools; they need an operator. We step into your existing stack, run campaigns, qualify leads and report, without rebuilding what already works.

  • Runs on your existing Clay, sequencer and CRM accounts
  • Placement audit first: healthy assets stay, failing ones rotate out
  • Same 3-month pilot terms and the same ownership rule

Productized

Build + Train

For solo operators and small teams: a fixed-scope system build with training and full handoff, then we walk away. No retainer.

  • One-month LinkedIn-only or email system builds
  • 5 to 7 day MVP builds for solo consultants
  • Staged delivery with documentation at every step

FAQ

The questions every buyer asks, answered straight.

Why don't you offer pay-per-meeting pricing?
Because it optimizes for the wrong thing. You want a system that generates 20 to 30 qualified conversations per quarter for years, not someone booking random meetings to hit a quota. Infrastructure requires investment, but it compounds. And you own it.
Why not just do this ourselves?
You could. But you would need email infrastructure expertise, data enrichment systems, copywriting craft, and 6 to 12 months to ramp. We are the engineered alternative that runs in 60 days. And at day 90 you can take the whole thing in-house if you want.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We audit first, run placement tests on what you have, and export anything healthy into our sequencer. Whatever fails gets replaced gradually. It usually saves 2 to 3 weeks of ramp.
How long until we see results?
About 2.5 to 3 weeks of warmup, then 4 to 6 weeks for the campaign signal to clear. First meetings are expected by the end of month one. Warmup is unbilled, so the retainer starts at campaign launch, not at contract signing.
What exactly do we own at the end?
Everything: domains, warmed mailboxes, campaign data, contact lists, reply history, Clay tables, prompts, enrichment workflows, CRM integrations, automation workflows, and the complete documented playbook, plus a 2-week transition window if you take it in-house.
