LongRun
Deliverability

Most cold email dies in spam. Yours won’t.

Copy gets the credit, but deliverability decides whether anyone reads it. We build the sending layer properly: dedicated domains, warmed mailboxes across three ESP families, correct authentication, and placement monitoring that catches problems before they burn a domain.

What we build

The sending layer, done properly.

Every item below ships with every LongRun system. Domains and mailboxes are registered in your name, so the reputation we build is yours to keep.

10 dedicated sending domainsPurchased in your name, separate from your main domain. Your primary domain's reputation is never at risk.
52 mailboxes across 3 ESP families15 Google Workspace, 12 Microsoft 365, 25 Azure (Zapmail). Diversification means one provider's bad day doesn't stop your pipeline.
SPF, DKIM & DMARC configured correctlyAuthentication set up and verified on every domain before warmup begins.
Private-IP sending infrastructureA dedicated Email Bison workspace. Your reputation is never pooled with other senders.
Automated warmupThree weeks of daily warmup traffic before launch. Skipping this is the fastest way to land permanently in spam, so we never do.
Inbox placement testingGlockApps tests across Gmail, Workspace and Outlook every 250 emails sent.
Automatic pause & rotationIf a domain dips below 90% placement we pause it the same day, diagnose, rotate sending to healthy domains, and resume only when it recovers.
Plain-text sends, no tracking pixelsThe formats that land. Open-rate pixels hurt placement and lie anyway; we optimize for replies.
CAN-SPAM & GDPR complianceUnsubscribe handling, double opt-outs, and suppression lists managed for you.
Mailbox lifecycle monitoringEvery mailbox tagged through warmup, ready and healthy states automatically, with instant alerts when one disconnects or degrades.
How it works

Three steps to protected sending.

Step 1
Week 1

Provision & authenticate

Register domains in your name, provision all 52 mailboxes, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and verify every record before anything sends.

Your name, your assets
Step 2
Weeks 1–3

Warm up

Daily automated warmup traffic builds sender reputation across all three ESP families. This phase is unbilled: the retainer only starts when live sends do.

Free, no retainer billed
Step 3
Ongoing

Monitor, rotate, protect

Placement tested every 250 emails. Domains below 90% are paused and rotated automatically. Weekly health reports keep you in the loop.

FAQ

Questions we get every call.

Why not just send from our main domain?
Because a single spam-folder incident on your primary domain affects every email your company sends, including invoices and support. Dedicated sending domains isolate that risk completely while the reputation they build still belongs to you.
What happens if placement drops mid-campaign?
We run inbox placement tests every 250 emails across Gmail, Workspace, and Outlook. If placement drops below 90% we pause the affected domains the same day, diagnose, rotate sending to healthy domains, and resume once recovered. Your pipeline doesn't stop while we fix it.
Who owns the domains and mailboxes?
You do, from day one. Domains are registered in your name and mailboxes live in your accounts. If we ever part ways, the warmed, healthy infrastructure stays with you.
Can you fix our existing deliverability instead?
Usually the honest answer is that burned domains aren't worth rehabilitating: it's faster and safer to build fresh dedicated infrastructure alongside, warm it correctly, and migrate sending. We'll assess your current setup on the strategy call.
