Data and privacy

What we access, and nothing else.

Signing in with Google gives us two things. That is all we ask for, and that is all we use.

Your basic Google profile (name, email, photo). We use it to set up your LongRun Meet account and personalize your booking page with your name and photo.

Your Google Calendar. We read your free and busy times so we can show your open availability, and we create the meeting event on your calendar when someone books a slot with you.

We do not read the contents of your existing calendar events. We do not modify or delete existing events. We do not use your calendar data for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone outside the infrastructure that runs the service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

FAQ

Questions we get, answered.

Who is LongRun Meet for?
LongRun clients and pilot users. It is an internal tool from LongRun Agency that we share with clients who want a lightweight scheduling link tied to their Google Calendar. It is not a public product.
Do you read the contents of my calendar events?
No. We only read the free and busy blocks so we can show your open times. Titles, descriptions, attendees, and notes stay private. We do not modify or delete existing events either.
Is it free?
Yes, during the current Beta. We may introduce paid features later, and if we do, any new fees would apply on a going-forward basis and would be disclosed before you incur them.
How do I stop the app from accessing my calendar?
Go to your Google Account permissions page and remove access. Your booking page will be disabled and we will delete your refresh token and account data within a reasonable period.
Can I customize the branding, event title, or duration?
Yes. Right now this is set up by the LongRun team on your behalf. Ping us at [email protected] and we will adjust event title, duration, availability window, or brand color for you.
What data do you store on your side?
The minimum needed to run the service: your name, email, photo, timezone, and a Google refresh token so we can keep looking up availability and creating events on your behalf. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Ready to grab your link?

One click, one link, one calendar. That is the whole tool.
