Yours to shareMeet on your calendar
When someone picks a time, Google adds the event to your calendar with a Meet link and sends both sides an invite. You just show up.
Google Meet includedA scheduling tool that stays out of your way, not another calendar.
Built on your existing Google Calendar. No new inbox, no separate app, no per-seat pricing during the pilot.
What we access, and nothing else.
Signing in with Google gives us two things. That is all we ask for, and that is all we use.
Your basic Google profile (name, email, photo). We use it to set up your LongRun Meet account and personalize your booking page with your name and photo.
Your Google Calendar. We read your free and busy times so we can show your open availability, and we create the meeting event on your calendar when someone books a slot with you.
We do not read the contents of your existing calendar events. We do not modify or delete existing events. We do not use your calendar data for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone outside the infrastructure that runs the service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
